Formal Interview
Selected candidates are invited for a professional interview to discuss their experience, methodology, and how they fit the VA United culture.
On-Field Assessment
Final candidates lead a live training session observed by club leadership to demonstrate communication, session planning, and engagement skills.
Vetting & Certification
All staff must pass rigorous background checks and complete SafeSport certification before taking the field.

Effective Feedback: Best Practices
Have you reached out to your Team Coach or Director? Most concerns can be resolved quickly through a 1-on-1 conversation before moving to an anonymous form.
The more detail you provide (dates, events, or specific examples), the more effectively our leadership can address the situation and implement changes.
While feedback is anonymous, focusing on solutions helps us build a stronger club together.
