What to Expect

Our indoor futsal league offers competitive, exciting play in a welcoming environment for players across the New River Valley. Whether you play for NRU/Virginia United or another local club, you're welcome here!

League Details:

• 5v5 format (4 field players + 1 goalkeeper)
• Two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime
• 7-game season
• Game-day t-shirt included for all players

Locations

Games will be held at two indoor facilities in Blacksburg:

• Blacksburg Recreational Center – 725 Patrick Henry Drive, Blacksburg, VA 24060
• Gateway Baptist Church – 2196 Harding Rd, Blacksburg, VA 24060

Schedule

• Game Days: Saturdays between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Season Start: Weekend of January 3rd
• Weather Makeups: Feb 21st and/or 28th weekends

Cost

$125 per player (includes all league games and t-shirt)

Monday, December 9th, 2025

Program Overview

Our winter training sessions help players maintain consistent ball contact and continue developing their technical skills during the off-season. It's a great way to stay active and keep improving in a focused, supportive environment.

Training Times

Sundays: 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM
January 4, 11, 18, 25 | February 1, 8

Wednesdays: 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM
January 7, 14, 21, 28 | February 4, 11

Cost

$125 for the complete winter program
